     It must always be a two way street, guaranteeing free flowing information sharing, suggestions and evaluations.

     This workshop will take the review process from uncomfortable face-to-face meetings to highly sought-after quality time spent actively listening with respect and commitment to and from the employee. BREAK OUT SESSION

   Practice reviews using the new learning in real time. Sample personnel scenarios and situations provided. This is the time to gain the knowledge that will give you unprecedented confidence and will change positively the review process forever.

     There will be review forms available to use; but feel free to bring your current forms for any answers you may have on using or changing them to suit your new teaching.
